The Japanese and the Indians

Dear friend, today I am going to give a top secret or ‘may be a secret that all have seen but not one has realized’ to you. Always do this if you want to meet the standard that the Japanese have given this world.

We Indians have a big problem. We do not do things which seem to be less important or in other words we believe that no one will notice certain unimportant things like unpolished shoes, dirt on nails, untidy book, among many other things.

Now something about Indian attitude, Remember the Indian lobster story. It’s about refusing the other guy credit. Each lobster pulls the other lobster down so that no lobster escapes the open vessel.

We believe that it’s ok to be like that. We do this same mistake in many other things. Our attitude is “kya pharak padega” or what difference does it make. But it makes a lot of difference meri dost.

Maruti came to India when no Japanese company was willing. They gave us a car that is always an example to other cars in case of maintenance. Toyoto from Japan leads the world in vehicle production. This is due to the unconditional service that they provide.

The Japanese believe in the attitude of “Bahut pharak padega” or It makes a lot of difference. Try to be like the Japanese is you want to compete and win over them.

Believe me when I say that world is a big place and you are competing with millions of people so, good day my friend and thanks for reading this. Hope you gained something from this and please do post your comments and suggestions also.
